Message from the President

YONDOSHI HOLDINGS Group encompasses the Brand Business centered on the 4°C brand, and the Apparel Business comprising original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and original design manufacturing (ODM), and operation of the PALETTE chain of general clothing stores. We aim to exert uniqueness and strength in each business domain to be a company that provides the highest degree of value to all stakeholders.

In its aim to be a century-old company and brand, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS launched its 7th Medium-Term Management Plan from the fiscal year ending February 2025. The theme for this plan is “Challenge for Future – Toward 2030.” Premised on responding to changes in the business environment, we will focus on providing value to customers, and build a foundation for dynamic future growth.

In the core Brand Business, to broaden support from women, we are adapting the 4°C brand to fit the diverse values of women. By enhancing fashionability, we aim to boost business value, and establish a high-margin business model.

In the Apparel Business, we plan to open 10 new PALETTE stores each fiscal year to expand sales. While maintaining our Kansai-dominant strategy, we will also steadily make inroads into the Kanto area.

By building a diverse portfolio encompassing different customer segments, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS Group has been able to maintain a stable business position even in the face of irregular changes in the social and business environment. Going forward, to achieve sustainable growth during the period of the seventh management plan and dramatic growth from the eighth, we will make proactive, well-balanced investments in both business operations to generate new value, and in people through training and improved working conditions.

We take pride in our position and commitment as a leading company in the industry. As we proceed steadily toward our goal of becoming a century-old company and brand, we look forward to your continued support.

Hidetoshi Masuda, President and Representative Director
