The YONDOSHI HOLDINGS Group is addressing its sustainable growth and the maximization of its corporate value by putting into practice its Management Philosophy and Corporate Message. For that reason, in addition to disclosing its basic policies, which include management strategies, compliance and risk management, the Group is upgrading and expanding an appropriate and efficient Group management system so that no undue damage is caused to the achievement of shareholder return maximization or to stakeholders. Furthermore, in devising those ongoing improvements, the Group will maintain trust and live up to its responsibilities to society as a sound and highly transparent corporate group.
The Group has established Corporate Governance Guidelines and systemized its basic concepts and efforts in corporate governance.
