Basic Policy
YONDOSHI HOLDINGS INC. (hereinafter referred to as YONDOSHI HOLDINGS or the Company) is committed to providing all relevant and important management, business and financial information to all stakeholders including shareholders, investors and analysts in a timely, accurate and fair manner. Accordingly, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS will promptly disclose in an appropriate and proactive manner information prescribed under the Rules on Timely Disclosure of Corporate Information by Issuer of Listed Security and the Like, which implemented by the Tokyo Stock Exchange on September 1, 1999, and other important information that is deemed necessary and useful in readers gaining a better understanding of the Company.
In addition, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS will proactively disclose in a timely, accurate and fair manner other information not prescribed under Timely Disclosure Regulations that is deemed necessary and useful in readers gaining a better understanding of the Company.
Information Disclosure Methods
In accordance with Timely Disclosure Regulations, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS shall promptly register all required information on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Timely Disclosure Network (TDnet)*. Furthermore, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS shall also register important information not covered under Timely Disclosure Regulations on the TDnet as and when needed. In each case, all relevant information shall be promptly posted on YONDOSHI HOLDINGS' homepage following registration on the TDnet.
Depending on certain circumstances, delays may occur in publishing information deemed as public information on YONDOSHI HOLDINGS' homepage.

Business Prospects and Forward-Looking Statements
In addition to performance estimates to be submitted to the Tokyo Stock Exchange, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS may also provide documents and content on its homepage that may contain information relating to the Company's current plan and future projections to enable shareholders, investors and analysts to prepare their own business forecasts for the Company.
In either case, the information and statements, which relate to future prospects and are not matters of historical fact (hereinafter referred to as Forward-Looking Statements) are based on certain assumptions and management's judgment drawn from currently available information.

Quiet Period
In order to ensure fairness and to prevent the unauthorized disclosure of information, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS shall impose a quiet period of approximately two weeks prior to the announcement of its business results in connection with the Company's IR activities. During this period, the Company will refrain from making comments on its account settlement or responding to related questions.
In the event, however, that during the quiet period important matters of fact pursuant to Timely Disclosure Regulations are uncovered, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS will promptly disclose such information in accordance with Timely Disclosure Regulations.
Furthermore, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS will respond to inquiries relating to information that has already been deemed as public information during the quiet period.
The Investor Relations Section of the Company's Homepage
To avoid the concentration of information flows to any specific individual or institution, YONDOSHI HOLDINGS strives to ensure fair and timely information disclosure through the use of its Investor Relations' section on the Company's homepage. The disclosure of information on the Company's Investor Relations' section of its homepage is subject to delay, however, due to systems issues and circumstance relating to the preparation of information.
The Investor Relations' section of the Company's homepage is not provided as a means to direct information solely from YONDOSHI HOLDINGS to its shareholders and investors. It is intended as an interactive communication tool. YONDOSHI HOLDINGS seeks the comments and opinions of its shareholders and investors to ensure its Investor Relations' section remains a work in progress and to continuously improve the quality and means of information disclosure.
